Terms and Conditions

Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, we cannot offer you a refund. Digital gift cards cannot be returned or refunded, except where required by law.

To resolve any issues with your purchase, you must provide a receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once the issue with the digital gift card has been verified, we will send you an email to notify you of the outcome of your refund request. If your refund is approved, it will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within a certain number of days. Only full-price digital gift cards may be eligible for a refund, where applicable. Gift cards purchased on promotion are non-refundable.

Late or Missing Refunds

If you have not yet received your refund, please check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is recorded. If you have already done all of this and still have not received your refund, please contact us at info@osterietta.com.
